CodePulse is local application intelligence and reliability software. AI agent or model subscriptions are not included. Pro covers one machine; Teams is sold in blocks of 5 or 10 machines. Enterprise, partner, reseller and product-integration rights, including any pre-calculated usage and quarterly true-ups, are defined by the separately agreed commercial terms.
Paddle acts as merchant of record for configured purchases. Applicable pricing, currency, taxes, billing frequency and subscription conditions must be shown before payment. Final cancellation, renewal, refund and support terms will be linked before checkout is enabled.
Fifty-three language and framework surfaces can be scanned. Twenty-nine have complete workflows today. Planned Q1/Q2 2027 expansion is an expectation, not a guaranteed delivery commitment.
CodePulse supports engineering decisions with context and evidence. Customers remain responsible for reviewing, testing and authorising software changes in their own environment. No unsupported performance guarantee is offered.
You retain ownership of your repositories, source code and customer data. Generated CodePulse evidence is yours to retain and use for authorised work, subject only to SynxusAI’s existing rights in CodePulse material embedded in it. The licence does not authorise SynxusAI to collect or upload your repositories or source code; disclosed licensing, registration, update, support and payment flows remain separate.
After valid acceptance and while your entitlement is active, the EULA grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to use CodePulse within the licensed scope. It does not permit cloning, circumvention, competitive reconstruction, unlawful use, credential sharing or disclosure of non-public CodePulse materials. Rights that cannot lawfully be restricted remain unaffected.
Internal use of CodePulse to build and test your own software is permitted by an applicable production entitlement. Reselling, redistributing, embedding, white-labelling, hosting or exposing CodePulse functionality to third parties requires a separately signed integration agreement and order form. Payment, technical access or informal approval does not create those rights.
